Values & Mission

Our work is based on four core values.

  1. Except in rare cases, parents have the responsibility to make the decisions in their children’s lives.

  2. While many people have been badly misled by combative messages from our society, most separated and divorced parents
    (a) are honestly concerned about their children’s well-being and (b) are capable of understanding the many advantages of co-parenting cooperation instead of personal and legal conflict.

  3. In order to succeed during and following separation, parents deserve affordable, child-focused assistance to see and serve their mutual best interests, including:

    • Simpler rather than complicated legal processes,
    • The security of making their own decisions rather than being part of the adversarial legal system,
    • Putting resources into creating a better future rather than arguing the past, and
    • Saving their children and themselves rather than injuring their children and themselves.

  4. Responsible family professionals work together to educate parents about their mutual interests and about the child-sensitive ways they can achieve those interests.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality problem-solving assistance to parents open to focusing on their children’s needs.
